From 5K to 500M notifications daily - scale vs. quality

‘PushPushGo’ is a platform for sending automatic web push notifications. Three years ago, we were sending 5K pushes/month. Today, this number reaches up to 500 million per day. We share our experience of how scaling necessitates an organised approach to implementing new features.
